We specialize in precision turned parts made from stainless steel and special materials. These are micro-precision parts with accuracies below 5 µ (microns), i.e. within very narrow tolerance limits.
Our production covers a diameter range from 0.1mm to 8.0mm, and we have expertise in numerous further processing technologies. These include precision sawing, wire erosion, hardening, grinding, knurling, thread rolling, barrel finishing, polishing and module assembly. Although we are equipped to process all materials, our main focus is on hard-to-cut materials such as stainless steel, titanium and nickel. You can find an overview of the materials we use
